PARSVAIKA PADA SARVANGASANA
TECHNIQUE
1.Do Salamba Sarvangasana . Move the left leg down
sideways to floor until it is in line with the trunk. Keep both legs straight
and tight
2. The right leg which is
vertically up should not tilt sideways. The ribs should be lifted with palms to
expand the chest fully.
3 Stay in pose for near about one
minute with normal breathing and change and repeat the same process with other
leg.
